Standard Delivery
Our Standard Delivery Service currently provides parcel delivery within 5 working days from receipt of payment to New Zealand residents, and within 10 working days for Australian residents.
Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance.
The Delivery Charges are added on automatically as you make your online orders.
Any order over $1,500 Insurance fee applicable.

International Customers Please Note:
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
Some items featured on this site are prohibited from being shipped to certain countries.
In addition, items currently unavailable (on backorder) are sent out separately, and will incur an additional freight charge for each individual parcel.
Unfortunately under International Customs Laws we are unable to send wooden items, cane items, food items or goods that may be considered dangerous eg. knife sets internationally. Also, due to the prohibitive cost of mailing large items, we are only able to send Gift Ware or Manchester internationally.
If House Couture cannot supply you with the full range of items you have ordered at one time, a second parcel will be sent. You will incur additional mailing costs for this, at full price. It is suggested that to prevent these additional costs, please remove any backordered items from your order now, before confirming your order.
When reordering an item from a return, full postage rates apply to return the item, as well as to reorder. Any applicable taxes or duty charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package.
Returns
House Couture is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
To return products to House Couture, please affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on your invoice. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. All returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.
To ensure that best possible fulfillment on your reorder, we recommend that you email us. If you do reserve your reorder over the internet then please do not submit a completed reorder form with your return, as duplicate orders may be inadvertently placed.
Our Quality Control team inspects every delivery into House Couture to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us on 07 5420415 to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund. Should a fault appear after an item has been used, it becomes unrefundable.
